What QHCM will do.
QHCM is Quadrant's upcoming human capital management platform. It is being built to give HR teams one place for the whole employee lifecycle — from the offer letter and onboarding to attendance, leave, performance and exit.
Employees and managers will handle everyday requests themselves, and HR will see headcount, attendance and leave across locations without stitching spreadsheets together.
