Overview

What QSprint does.

QSprint is Quadrant's AI-first enterprise work-management platform. Projects, tickets, releases, people and budgets live in one system of record from backlog to release, so the status report writes itself — and says where every number came from.

Progress, open items, utilisation and health are computed on the server from live data, never typed into a status meeting. Approvals, scope changes, deployments and rollbacks follow real workflows, and every change is attributed and audited end to end.

Clients get a portal that shows their projects and only theirs, the service desk shares its spine with delivery, and the data model is ready for an AI copilot that is metered, audited and attributed.

  • Your own isolated workspace and schema
  • Workspace usually ready within a working day
  • First project live the same afternoon
Features

What comes in the box.

  • Project management

Backlog, milestones and a live Gantt with phase-level progress, plus configurable boards with WIP limits.

  • Ticketing & service desk

A triaged queue with SLA awareness; tickets link to the work items that fix them.

  • Release management

QA and UAT sign-off gates, deployment and rollback plans, and a record of every deployment.

  • Resources & budget

Allocations, timesheets with approval, over-allocation alerts and budget burn against plan.

  • Client portal

Clients see their projects, approvals and documents — enforced by the API, not hidden by a menu.

  • Reports & executive packs

Portfolio dashboards and one-click, client-ready status reports per project.

  • GitHub & CI integration

Branches, commits and pull requests link to work items; CI posts builds and checks if a release may deploy.

  • Change control

Scope locking after baseline, change requests with their own workflow, and code-freeze windows that block scheduling.

  • Nothing hard-deleted

Items, projects and files are archived and restorable exactly as they stood.

How it works

From first step to live with QSprint.

  1. Register

Tell us who you are and what your team runs — two minutes on the register form.

  2. Get your workspace

We cut your isolated workspace, plan and first administrator, usually within a working day.

  3. Invite the team

Your administrator sets roles and workflows and invites colleagues.

  4. Go live

The first project is running the same afternoon.

Why QSprint

What changes for your team.

  • Progress you can trust

Project progress is computed from done work — never a number somebody typed.

  • One place for every kind of work

Delivery, support and releases share people, time and reporting.

  • The audit log is the evidence

Every field change, transition, approval and deletion is attributed — who, when, from where.

  • Ready for AI

The data model is built for a metered, audited copilot, so assistance arrives without a re-platform.

FAQs

QSprint, answered.

Registering takes about two minutes. We usually set up your isolated workspace within a working day, and teams typically run their first project the same afternoon.

Yes, through the client portal. A client sees their own projects and nothing else — the API enforces it — and their actions land in the same audit trail as your team's.

It can. Tickets move through a triaged queue with SLA awareness, link to the work items that fix them, and service-desk time counts in the same utilisation picture as project time.

Yes. Bulk import from Excel with project-specific validation; legacy releases are migrated and flagged as legacy rather than given an invented approval trail.
